ADMISSION AND ENROLMENT PROCESS
Step 1 Complete and submit the “APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION” form and all the relevant documents as per the “APPLICATION CHECKLIST”. An “APPLICATION FEE” is payable in full for each Application for Admission Form submission.
Step 2 The School will schedule a “PLACEMENT TEST / OBSERVATIONS AND INTERVIEW” session for your child. The admission of the child is at the absolute discretion of the School.
Step 3 “OFFER LETTER” will be issued for successful students within three (3) working days and if not successful “REJECTION LETTER”. The Parent shall inform the Admission Personnel, should they decide to re-apply within the stipulated date as stated in the Rejection Letter.
Step 4 The acceptance of the Offer Letter must be confirmed with the payment of “REGISTRATION FEE”, “TUITION FEE”, “SECURITY DEPOSIT” and OTHER FEES. All fees must be paid in advance before the commencement day of the term.
Mahsa International School Additional Info
- The above fees EXCLUDE the Boarding, School Uniform, School Text and Exercise Books, Locker Fee, Meal Plan, Transport, and ECA.
- The Security Deposit is non-transferable but refundable, provided that one (1) FULL ACADEMIC TERM’s written notice of withdrawal in advance is submitted to the school. The Security Deposit is to be topped up as the student progresses according to the year level.
- All school fees are denominated in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and parents will be invoiced accordingly.
- The school reserves the right to impose a penalty for the late payment of fees.
- Payment can be in cash, cheque, online transfer, or credit card.
