For taught programs Foundation – Bachelor we can issue EL within 24hours based on student results, and complete documentation should be provided. If the student’s result is not verified by us, we may have to submit it to the admissions department, and it will take approximately 3 working days to get OL/CLO.

As for Master’s and PhD programs, they will be submitted to the admissions dept for review process will take a minimum of 7-14 working days.
